If you are planning a vacation during high travel dates like the Caribbean during Spring Break, Europe during the summer, or anywhere during the Christmas holidays, you will want to plan 6 month to a year in advance.

Last minute deals are strictly a gamble. To offer the best experience possible, I prefer to book travel 60 days prior to departure. There are exceptions. Your expectations will need to be managed as prices tend to increase an available tends to decrease the closer to your departure date. Please be aware - Airfare cannot be booked within 21 days of departure.

At TTG, we are most often paid a commission by the vacation suppliers, cruise lines, and others. This fee is already built into the cost of the trip. Whether you book through us, an online agency, like Expedia or through the supplier directly, the fee is paid out regardless. Why not book with us and get the best personalized service possible? There is no fee to request a quote. You may request one (1) free amendment to this quote to change dates, destinations, room accommodations, etc. However, for every amendment to the quote after that, there will be a $55 service fee. This fee is non-negotiable and nonrefundable. We do have a professional fee that applies to Destination Wedding or Group bookings. This fee covers the multitude of all the booking components as well as our consultations with you. If this fee applies to your trip, you will know before we start working with you.
